The Roses for Life Weekend Jan. 3-4 sponsored by Sedalia Council 831 was exceptional in many ways. The weather was beautiful for January which helped with Mass participation, we received 305 signed roses and $1,268.85 in cash contributions at all the masses. Many thanks to all who support the cause of life, which is a moral issue, not a political one. The Council salutes our Chaplain, Fr. Joe for his courage and perseverance in fostering respect for life in all its stages.
