School Starts this week – Is your child up to date on their Immunizations?

Ages 4-6 May need:
DTaP (Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis)
IPV (Polio)
MMR (Measles, Mumps, and Rubella)
Varicella (chicken pox vaccine)
Influenza (Flu Shot, annually)
Ages 7-18 need an annual influenza vaccine
Ages 11-12
DTaP – (Diphtheria, Tetanus, and Pertussis)
HPV – (Human Papillomavirus)
MenACWY (meningococcal Vaccine)
Ages 16-18
MenACWY – prevent Meningitis
Men B – prevent Meningitis
For those children 12 and over the COVID 19 vaccine is recommended.
Check with your health care provider to be sure your child is current on their immunizations.
